Summary
The stabilization run is not "stabilization" but a "policy-limited" scenario where there is a little bit of intervention on the CO2 emissions. Basically the globally averaged temperatures don't get quite as warm.
These data represent monthly averaged surface values of selected variables for the IPCC-Data Distribution Centre. (see also https://www.ipcc-data.org/ )
