PREVAH is forced by COSMOCH7 data for 72 hours runoff forecasts

Alerts are generated for every hour.
Additionaly, infromation on daily "maximal" alert is also provided.

Warning thresholds according to table provided by WG-HEU.

COSMOCH7 from MeteoSwiss.
Run starts every day at about 4:30 MEZ
Model is driven by observation until 00:00, then a 3 day forecast is started.

For the data on runoff nowcasting please look at dop_prevah_obs

Basins:
Verzasca_at_Lavertezzo, Ticino_at_Bellinzona, Maggia_at_Solduno, Tresa_at_Rocchetta, Toce_at_Candoglia, Ticino_at_Miorina, Thur_at_Andelfingen, Linth_at_Mollis.
