HBV is normally started with t0 = 05 UTC. Until t0 HBV is updated with measured meteorological and hydrological data, the forecasting period is covered with COSMOCH2. Normally the COSMOCH2 run with initial time 00 UTC is used, the forecasting period covers the actual day.
