HATPRO (Humidity and Temperature PROfiler) quality controlled zenith brightness temperatures for 14 frequencies at 22.24, 23.04, 23.84, 25.44, 26.24, 27.84, 31.4, 51.26, 52.28, 53.86, 54.94, 56.66, 57.3, and 58.0 GHz with one second integration time. Broadband infrared brightness temperature at 9.6-11.7 microns at a fixed elevation angle.
