HATPRO (Humidity and Temperature PROfiler) quality controlled 3D scan brightness temperatures for 14 frequencies at 22.24, 23.04, 23.84, 25.44, 26.24, 27.84, 31.4, 51.26, 52.28, 53.86, 54.94, 56.66, 57.3, and 58.0 GHz at specified azimuth and elevation angles. Broadband infrared brightness temperature at 9.6-11.7 microns at fixed elevation angle.
