Visual images taken with a digital camera through a circular fish-eye conversion lens with 185 degree field of view pointing vertically. The camera was installed on the top of the Windtracer Doppler Lidar on Hornisgrinde mountain in the Black Forest. Pictures of the current sky and clouds were taken every 5 minutes and provide an impression of weather situation. Keep in mind: north is upper egde, south lower edge, east left edge and west right edge (because of pointing vertically upward).
