Additional Info
Summary
This additional information contains code and a folder structure that can be used to reproduce or update the HadCRU_MLE_v1.2 dataset. The zip file contains a README text file with instructions on how to use and run the code. The code was written in MATLAB and requires the use of a graphics processing unit.

The code available does not include minor modifications that were made after archiving the code, including to produce higher resolution figures used in the publication of "Improving global temperature datasets to better account for non-uniform warming" and to format additional results to satisfy version 1.8 of the Climate and Forecast Metadata Conventions. This modified code is available upon request.
