These data represent 6 hourly and 12 hourly instantaneous values of selected variables for ENSEMBLES (http://www.ensembles-eu.org). The list of output variables can be found in: http://ensembles.wdc-climate.de/output-variables . ENSEMBLES transient experiment (Ensembles A1B-450ppm equivalent CO2 stabilisation scenario 2001-2099). Restart from year 2000 of according experiments (mbe0019) CO2, CH4, N2O and CFCs of scenario, but CO2 = CO2(scen)-4ppm: adjustment to smaller value specified in control run; further adjustment: CFC11=CFC11(scen)-90ppmv. Ozone, aerosols and land-use according to A1B-450 scenario. These datasets are available in netCDF format. The dataset names are composed of - centre/model acronym (e.g. MPEH5C: Max-Planck-Institute/Echam5C) - scenario acronym (e.g. 20C3M) - run number (e.g. 1: run 1) - time interval (MM:monthly mean, DM:daily mean, 6H:6 hourly, 12h:12hourly) - variable acronym [with level value] (e.g. hur850: relative humidity, 850 hPa) --> example: MPEH5C_20C3M_1_MM_hur850 For this experiment 5 ensemble runs were carried out. Technical data to this experiment: cosmos-1.1.0_millennium (ECHAM5/JSBACH/MPIOM/HAMOCC). rev. 1618, deltaorg and deltacalc values as in mil0004, bugfixes for ico2=4, bugfix for Gregorian calendar, new diagnose for anthropogenic CO2. Minor changes for aerosols and new ozone data and was run on a NEC-SX (hurrikan).
