ECHAM5 T106L31 control run of CSCS/ETH, monthly mean values

Wild, Martin

Experiment
Summary
The time slice simulations ECHAM5/T106L31_CTRL and ECHAM5/T106L31_SRESA2 have been conducted with the atmospheric model echam5.2 at T106L31 resolution on CSCS (Swiss Center for Scientific Computing) resources.
The boundary conditions (SSTs and SICs) are derived from a coupled model simulation with HadCM3 by interpolating the data distributed by the Prudence Project to T106 horizontal resolution.
A history of well mixed greenhouse gases is prescribed according to the SRES scenario A2.
The time slices cover the periods 1961-1990 and 2071-2100, respectively.
