Summary
The coupled model mpiesm-1.0 in a low-resolution configuration (MPI-ESM-LR),is used to perform decadal hindcast (initialized) experiments.
In MPI-ESM-LR,Ocean has a horizontal resolution of 1.5° and 40 Levels and in Atmosphere the horizontal resolution is T63 with 47 vertical levels.
Nudging: Ocean: anomalous T and S from ocean run forced by NCEP Atmosphere: no nudging
